How much should I budget to attend this wedding?

We'd estimate about $3,000 for 2 flights and a room for 3 days for 2 people.

How do I book my flight?

You will need to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). From our personal experience, United as flights directly to CUN out of San Francisco Airport (SFO) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). You may also consider flying from Tijuana International Airport (CBX) and parking your car at the San Diego Airport and walking across the border. The Mexican airline that is recommended is Volaris.

How will I get from the airport to the resort?

When booking the rooms at the resort, you can also add a shuttle that will take you from the airport to the resort. You can also take a taxi or Uber from the airport to the resort. Lastly, there are also public transportation options you can take when traveling from the airport to the resort.

Booking rooms:

Remember to such for your own deals when booking the rooms and to submit your finds to "guestservices@destify.com" for a price match.

As for booking an Airbnb. If you do so, you will not be allowed on the resort, as they include the resort fee with the stay.

Sharing rooms:

Sharing a room is not necessarily cost-effective as the resort charges per person and not per room as the resort is all-inclusive. Please double-check you are getting the best possible deal.

Can I bring a plus one?

Run your plus one by the couple before inviting them. Our personal rule is that we must know the plus one and the couple must be dating for at least a year to attend the wedding.

Can I bring my children?

Children of the immediate family are welcome to attend the event. Please contact the couple for additional questions.
